The Parent Academy

The parent academy is program sponsored through Miami-Dade County Public Schools designed to help parents become full partners in their children's education. The program provides classes and workshops for parents/guardians. You have the opportunity to enroll in classes that interest you the most. Monthly calendars are posted in the Course Directory section on the Parent Academy's website at

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Dr. Rolando Espinosa K-8 Center Parent-Teacher Association helps to meet the needs of our students through cooperation between family and school. The PTA supports our school in our efforts to establish educational and extracurricular activities in the school. We encourage each and every one of you to join. Membership fee is $10.00 per person.
